This, Bunky, is the web browser Mosaic, the web standard until Netscape (which itself is so old nobody but me and maybe 43 other guys can remember it), and what you're seeing is the Mosaic start page (sort of like the Apple start page would have looked before the invention of the wheel). Ahhh, the nostalgia.
