THANK YOU!! It's about time that there is a law to outlaw this. Wearing pants below the waist, is trashy, plus, it's VERY unattractive. If guys wear their pants so low, why don't you just go to school with just your boxers. Don't imitate what you see in those music videos, it's very tacky, and teenagers who dress like lack style.
