yeah, well if there's an unannointed obama landslide it will end up with the supremes anyway and i don't see how even the Court can disenfranchise a whole state, so maybe they will just cut us free again or, you know, whatever?
i must report that this whole roiling issue is, at present, a non-starter herezzzzzzzzzzzzzz
