Snow said the White House view was this: “You treat it as if he has already served the 30 months, and probation kicks in. Obviously, the sentencing judge will figure out precisely how that works.”

So there you go, Bunky! Just skip the jail. Surely the judge can figure that one out. He
should have been able to figure it out for himself, without bothering the Deciderer. It's just so hard to get good creative judges these days.
