The northeastern half of the nation will be whitened by snow through Thursday night.Link: AccuWeather.com - Weather News Headlines - Weather News
Northeastern half? We're talking about the upper Great Lakes states and New England here - OK, northeast, if you count Wisconsin as northeast, but hardly half.
Meanwhile we, right here, are either on the exact boundary between snow to the north and freezing rain to the south (woohoo!) or in the one- to three-inch belt (yeah!) although one to three inches of what, exactly, is not specified (oh), depending on which AccuWeather map of tomorrow's weather forecast you believe. I don't believe either of them myself. I think it's going to be 85º and sunny.
Of course I might be wrong, but what are the odds?
