Bubbles attack

BOISE, Idaho -- City streets got an unscheduled cleaning as a sudsy, citrus-scented foam erupted from manhole covers like geysers....

There was a similar problem in Wasilla, Alaska. Clusters of foamy bubbles spewed from the city's sewer lagoon, witnesses said.
