I have no idea what Byran that is or why he's refusing to speek [sic], or even if that's Sunday in Minnesota - the caption is from "unverified data," explains the Library of Congress, in which the photograph resides - but whoever it is is clearly holding his hand in the air.

this must be an april fools joke but i'm not getting it. it clearly says bryan, and you know who bryan was...what am i missing? or is this one of those jokes better left unexplained and, if so, why?
I know who one Bryan was, but the caption hardly inspires. And anyway, how likely is it that there was only one Bryan, ever, who re fused to s peek on Sunday?
