“There's no doubt in my mind there will be an arrest. They just want to make sure the guy don't walk, which is correct,” James Dickson of Rutland said Thursday night of the police investigation into the death of his son, Stewart Dickson, 52....if he is a hit-and-run driver maybe he should walk.
