Maria Ilieva, 17, was traveling alone and fell asleep on an Air Malta plane taking her overnight from Valletta to Sofia.Hey, I fell asleep on a train once. Or maybe twice. Maybe. But I woke up a couple of stops down the line, not all the way back where I'd started.
Unfortunately she had returned to Malta by the time she woke up, the girl's family said Friday.
