Texas law requiring age verification on porn sites ruled unconstitutional [Updated]
The Constitution is not a la carte, buckeroos. It's not one from Column A and two from Column B. You've got to buy the whole darn thing.
Or not.
And we can't really decide if we want it, can we?
[Well, strike that "we." I can. I'll take it all, including that part where it says we can change it any time we get enough people to agree. Seems fair.
[Too hard? Can't be done? It's been amended half a dozen times in my lifetime. So yes it can.
