"'This is a debate that should be had in Congress before asking the courts to weigh in,' [said Alex Abdo, a lawyer with the American Civil Liberties Union]. 'That will be better for everyone’s digital security.'"
I have a hard time believing that anything that happens in Congress is good in any way for anybody’s digital security. A really hard time.
