An entire press run of a new stamp series will reportedly be destroyed by the cash-strapped US Postal Service because it shows potentially dangerous activities — like doing a headstand without a helmet.
Doing a headstand without a helmet? Is it possible to do a headstand with a helmet? Wouldn't that be called, I don't know, a helmetstand?
I seldom get very worked up about the ever-popular "nanny state" accusation but really, this is just dumb.
Also, cannonball is the only dive I know.
