More businesses require teens to be chaperoned by adults, curbing their independence

So the question is: What other public spaces can teens congregate to get away from their tablets and phones — as well as their parents?

Or maybe the question is, where are you going to find a parent who wants to hang around the mall all evening with a bunch of teens? Nobody ever thinks of that.

Although, any place where teens congregate without their phones sounds like a fantasy to me.
