The US, like China, has about one surveillance camera for every four people, says report - The Verge
Many years ago I worked in a building where even the toilet paper was classified. There was nothing secret about the toilet paper, of course; this was just the Army's way of saying nothing in the building was to be taken out of the building except one or two specific items, which were the only specific items we were allowed to take in.
One of those specific items was a comb. It being a military installation, everyone inside it was always likely to undergo a snap inspection by some (br)ass, and it wouldn't do to not look shaped up and neat.
If I still had hair I would be thinking about carrying a comb everywhere again. For the cameras.
