(Meanwhile, Apple's watch may be cool—and expensive—but it's by no means the first "smart watch" to market. Me, I can see how it might have been useful to me 30 years ago but now, not so much. Plus, another Apple gadget has got me out of the habit of wearing a watch at all. Why go back?
