Among the things the CBP might want to use in its unmanned aircraft: "non-lethal weapons designed to immobilize" targets.I'm not sure about the "immobilizing" part. This kind of technology creeps. If they find one use for it they will soon find another. And another. Whatever it is, next thing you know they'll be using it to recover overdue library books.
