It's a conspiracy or something. Have you ever seen a weather report in August that says "96°, feels like 74"? Of course not. They only do it in the winter time to make you feel miserable. They might as well say "shut up and swallow your gloom pills."
Screw wind chill, we say. Warm is warm and cold is cold, and today it's 37°.
