There is a movie playing downtown (screen 4, if you're interested) called Beasts of the Wild PG-13 Evil. I would've taken a picture but it's raining and I didn't want to get my phone wet. (That right there will tell you something about how far we've come.)
It's playing, the movie, on the same marquee as Hotel Transylvania. And Halloween is still a month away.
(I looked it up and the movie is really named (I think) Beasts of the Southern Wild. I don't know about the evil part but it sounds fine.)
