If you were paying attention, Bunky, you knew all this stuff six, eight months ago anyway. These chemicals weren't invented for the occasion, they were already known and already available and already banned in some places, and information and testing on these substances was easy enough to find. Don't worry. Nobody's doing anything about it either then or now.
